Event Description:

Join the Fall 2017 mindfulness series.

Practice self-awareness or mindfulness in opposition to default brain and body physiology, including life history in a broad sense.

Work on standing, slow movement to draw attention into the body, stretch muscles long, and quiet mind chatter. 

Mindfulness or self-awareness, and learning, move in the same direction — they strengthen together, and when one weakens so does the other.

All CNM staff, faculty or students are invited to lead any weekly mindfulness hour of your choosing!  Your perspective is enthusiastically welcome!
