Employers who hire in the HWPS field will visit the CNM Main Campus to recruit HWPS graduates and students and discuss career opportunities.

CNM Mobile Food Pantry

Phi Theta Kappa is sponsoring the CNM Mobile Food Pantry. The pantry serves students currently enrolled during the fall 2018 semester as well as faculty and staff. Students must present a copy of fall 2018 schedule and student ID. Food is distributed to one CNM household per event. Food distribution begins at 8:30 am and ends when all food has been exhausted.

Bocón!, a fable filled with humor and mysticism and song, tells the story of twelve-year-old Miguel who flees a repressive military regime in Central America for Los Angeles. A natural storyteller and irrepressible "big mouth" or bocón, Miguel loses his voice when his parents are taken and begins a metaphorical journey north to the City of Angels. Along the way he meets up with an unusual traveling companion, La Llorona, the legendary "Weeping Woman.” Miguel's story is relevant to immigrant children from all parts of the world … and to anyone who is learning the many meanings of finding one's own "voice." Auditions Seeking actors, musicians, stage manager, designers, crew – all CNM students welcome!
