This workshop will cover:

1) Understanding your (dis)ability
2) Self Advocacy – leading your educational path. Separate disability from accommodations, while advocating/ communicating for yourself. 3 minute elevator speech explaining your accommodations/disability.
3) What students need to have to lead/ engage in a successful college education. Know your resources--Rights/policies, services available, be prepared and active in your education.
