Come in with your 2009 tax returns and we’ll help you complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

YOU WILL NEED:
1) Social Security and Driver’s License Numbers
2) 2009 Federal Income Taxes (IRS 1040, 1040A, 1040 EZ)
3) W2 Form (if married, you must have your spouse's W-2).

4)
2009 Untaxed Income Records (child support, worker’s compensation, etc.)

5) Current Bank Statements as well as Business and Investment Information.


Refer to FAFSA worksheet to determine if your parent’s information and 2009 Federal Income taxes are needed. (www.fafsa.ed.gov)
