The Early Childhood Multicultural Education Program (ECME), together with the Education Department at CNM, will be hosting a new student orientation for those interested in starting or continuing their education in Early Childhood. In this orientation, we will be providing information about the program, the different areas of study available (including the CDC), language options, schedule of classes, tuition, and CNM in general.

The New Mexico Ethics in Business Awards showcase businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals who make our state a better place to live and do business by conducting themselves with the highest ethical standards and integrity. In addition to celebrating the deserving award winners each year, these awards are intended to elevate discussions about ethics in our business community and help foster a more ethical business culture across New Mexico. The NM Ethics in Business Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque.

Did you complete, or are about to complete, your Child Development Certificate at CNM? Congratulations! You can now start the process to get certified with the State of New Mexico as a professional in Early Childhood. You are invited to assist a CDC Workshop where we will provide you with the CYFD application packet to request your CDC, if you have completed (or are about to complete this term) the following four courses:

ECME 1104 – Child Growth Development and Learning
ECME 1108 – Health, Safety and Nutrition or ECME 2214 – Guiding Young Children
ECME 2204 – Assessment of Children and Evaluation of Programs
ECME 2206 – Family and Community Collaboration
